Our Story

Natalie Kongmany Sanchez began her career in the dynamic world of special effects makeup, working on set production, runway shows, films, and more. Although she was deeply passionate about the art of makeup, she quickly realized she didn't know much about skincare. Driven by a desire to expand her knowledge, she returned to school to study aesthetics, setting the foundation for a successful career in beauty.

After becoming a mother, Natalie sought a career that would allow her to both sustain her income and spend time with her family. This led her into the bridal industry, where she worked with modeling agencies and created stunning looks for brides and models alike. However, as the beauty industry evolved, so did Natalie. She transitioned to working for prestigious makeup brands like Estée Lauder and Lancôme, but she soon noticed a shift toward more advanced, medical beauty procedures.

As the industry moved toward medical aesthetics and more invasive treatments, Natalie decided to go back to school, specializing in medical aesthetics. This training fueled her desire to explore new opportunities, and she began offering services like lashes, brows, microneedling, and more from her home. As her knowledge and client base grew, she expanded her expertise by becoming a teacher in the beauty industry, sharing her knowledge with others and inspiring them to pursue careers in beauty as well.

Natalie’s journey took a significant turn when she opened her own beauty salon. Unfortunately, like many others, the salon was forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Rather than letting this setback derail her, Natalie embraced change and found a new path. She traveled between Canada and the Dominican Republic, ultimately opening a new salon there. This salon catered not only to locals but also to the expat community who sought quality beauty services in the area.

Expanding her reach, Natalie integrated her expertise with digital marketing, helping beauty businesses build their online presence and attract new clients. Her ability to adapt to both the traditional beauty world and the ever-changing digital landscape allowed her to guide others on how to thrive in the online space.

Much like the lotus flower, which grows beautifully in the most unlikely of places, Natalie’s journey has been one of growth, transformation, and rebirth. Each chapter of her career has allowed her to flourish, helping both herself and others bloom into their fullest potential. Just as the lotus rises from the mud to shine, Natalie continues to rise in the beauty and digital marketing world, helping others to do the same.
